New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park

preserved to tell the history of whaling, including stories on the Underground Railroad, immigration, textiles, and commerce. Housed in an 1853 former bank building, the Visitor Center features free activities including an introductory movie, the Corson MakerSpace, and seasonal daily walking tours.
